Polaris arrived on the last day of our wrapping paper contest and got to attend a pep rally with Team Terrell!
We love having Polaris at Timberline! He had a great time at our November Pep Rally!
Team Terrell students have enjoyed taking Polaris home for weekend visits and trips around Grapevine, Texas. Our city is located in North Central Texas between Dallas and Ft. Worth. If you have ever flown into or out of DFW Airport, you are very close to our school.
Our community has about 50,000 people and our school has 700 students. We have 17 students in our class, and there are 5 first grade classes in our building. We think that Timberline students and teachers are the best, and we can't wait to share many special things with Polaris!
We are all very excited to take Polaris to our homes and around our community! Here are some of the adventures that Polaris has already enjoyed while spending time in Texas...
While with Scott, Polaris got to enjoy the outdoors, a visit with Scott's dog, and a trip to downtown Grapevine.
Our downtown area is always decorated in a special way for the holidays. One of the special things about Christmas in Grapevine is the annual parade. Our school had a float in the parade, and thanks to our wonderful Dad's Club volunteers, we placed 3rd in the parade!
Nathaly and her 4th grade sister enjoyed taking Polaris home for the weekend. Since the weather in Texas is getting a little cooler, we dressed Polaris in a t-shirt of one of our favorite baseball teams in Texas, The RANGERS!!! Nathaly also got to take Polaris to downtown Grapevine to enjoy all of the festive holiday charm that we can see on Main Street.
